How do I export my invoices to Excel?
Exporting invoices to Excel is useful for your own analyses, reporting, or archiving.
Step 1: Go to Invoices
- Click on Invoices in the main menu
- Click Export in the top right corner
Step 2: Choose the export type
In the export window you can choose:
- Export to yourself - Download an Excel file with your invoice data
- Export to accountant - Send invoices to your accountant (via Clearfacts if connected)
- Choose the period (for example, last month or quarter)
- Select the file format (Excel or CSV)
- Click Export
The file will be downloaded to your computer.

Export options
The export includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Customer details
- Amounts (net, VAT, total)
- Payment status
💡 Tip: Use filters in the invoice overview before exporting to select only specific invoices.
Automatically export to your accountant
With the Clearfacts integration, invoices are automatically sent to your accountant:
- Go to Integrations > Clearfacts
- Activate the integration
- New invoices will be forwarded automatically
