Can I still send PDF invoices after enabling Peppol?

Yes, you can still send PDF invoices after activating Peppol.

How it works

The system automatically chooses the best delivery method:

Customer has Peppol:

• Invoice is sent electronically via Peppol
• Optional: PDF copy is sent along

Customer does not have Peppol:

• Email with PDF attachment is sent

You don’t need to choose anything yourself - everything is handled automatically.

Setting up PDF copy with Peppol

1. Go to Display
2. Toggle Send PDF copy with Peppol on or off

Tip: You can decide per customer whether they receive a PDF copy alongside the Peppol invoice.
