Ponto

Ponto is a service by Isabel Group that allows you to link your bank accounts to NumNum. Thanks to this integration, your bank transactions are automatically synchronised, so your invoices and credit notes are automatically marked as paid when a payment comes in.

Benefits of the Ponto integration

Automatic invoice reconciliation

Incoming payments to your account are automatically synchronised. NumNum uses this information to automatically mark your invoices and credit notes as paid.

Account overview

NumNum displays a simple history of your linked accounts, giving you a quick overview of your company’s liquidity.

Requirements

To use Ponto, you need:

Connecting Ponto

  1. Click on your name in the top right
  2. Select Integrations
  3. Click on Ponto

Integrations overview

  1. Click on Connect

Start Ponto integration

  1. You will be redirected to Ponto
  2. Log in with your Ponto credentials
  3. Select the bank account(s) you want to link
  4. Grant permission for NumNum to access your transactions
  5. You will be redirected back to NumNum

The integration is now active. Your bank transactions will be automatically synchronised.

Disconnecting Ponto

Want to remove the Ponto integration? You can do this in two ways:

Via NumNum

  1. Click on your name in the top right
  2. Select Integrations
  3. Click on Ponto

  1. Click on Disconnect
  2. Confirm that you want to remove the integration

Via Ponto

You can also revoke the integration through your Ponto account:

  1. Go to Ponto and log in
  2. Go to Settings or Integrations
  3. Find NumNum in the list of connected applications
  4. Click on Revoke or Remove

⚠️ Note: After disconnecting, your transactions will no longer be synchronised. Invoices that have not yet been reconciled will need to be manually marked as paid.
