How do I connect with Shopify?

Shopify is a popular e-commerce platform that lets you set up and manage an online store. Through the integration between NumNum and Shopify, you can:

• Import customers from your Shopify store into your customer list
• Synchronize orders and generate invoices from them

Connecting Shopify

1. Go to Connections in the main menu

3. Click on Shopify
4. Enter your Shopify shop name (the part before .myshopify.com)

5. Click on Connect via OAuth
6. You will be redirected to Shopify
7. Log in with your Shopify credentials (if you are not logged in yet)
8. Review the requested permissions and click Install app
9. You will be redirected back to NumNum

The integration is now active.

💡 Tip: You can find your shop name in the URL of your Shopify admin. If your admin URL is https://mystore.myshopify.com/admin, then your shop name is mystore.

Importing customers

Once the integration is active, your Shopify customers are imported into NumNum. This means you don’t have to enter your customers manually.

Synchronizing orders and invoicing

With the integration, you can view your Shopify orders and generate invoices from them:

1. Go to Connections → Shopify
2. Click on Synchronize orders from Shopify
3. You will see an overview of your Shopify orders
4. Select the orders you want to create an invoice for
5. Generate the invoices

💡 Tip: Check the imported data during your first synchronization. This way you can be sure everything is transferred correctly.

Problems with the integration?

Are you getting an error message when connecting? Check the following:

• Make sure you entered the correct shop name
• Make sure you are logged in with the correct Shopify account
• Check that you approved the requested permissions
